中尾涼 RYO NAKAO

2017年から「やまなみ工房」に所属
幼い頃から、電卓やデジタル時計、CDプレイヤーのディスプレイをずっと眺めて過ごす事が好きだった彼は、そこで見て覚えた数字を紙に書き写した。次第に興味は、数字だけにはとどまらず、雑誌やゲームソフトのパッケージに書かれている英字なども書くようになる。今では様々な画材や素材を使い、数字や文字を描くことは彼にとって楽しみの一つであり、幼い頃の想いがそのまま今も作品に反映されている。

Since he was a child he always liked looking at displays of a calculator, digital watch and CD player, and he started transferring the numbers he memorized onto a piece of paper. His interest did not only end with numbers but extended to alphabet letters shown in magazines and packages of video games. Drawing numbers and letters using various painting materials has now become one of his favorite things. Thoughts he had when he was a child are still reflected in his works.
